Key Names and Phrases:
Same rules as any KNPs report, where we mark and tag all KNPs terms on CE with the appropriate category and then work on the Loc. Lib. to add all akas, season and episode tags, as well as approve the terms. Just note that you do not need to add any notes to any of the terms added like the NDTV or D+ WF.
Localization Report:
Find CBS’s latest template in CBS’s folder on SharePoint. CE5 and CE6 do not currently export the new CBS template. Please export any LR’s and copy and paste info to the correct CBS template.

Taking Screenshots in OM
It is not currently possible to take screenshots directly in CE6 due to security restrictions. Since screenshots are required for some client deliverables, however, we have a workaround using the "Review and Approve" (also called "RA", "RnA", "R&A") tool. You can navigate to the RnA section in OM through the pane on the left side of the screen:
Click the "Home" folder to be taken to the RnA workspaces that you have access to, which will look something like this:
Click on the "CBS" workspace to see all projects for CBS, then click into the folder for the relevant show/season that you are working on. You will then see one or more videos in a list, looking something like this:
Click on the video thumbnail to open the player. Within the RnA player, you can navigate to any timecode by typing it in at the bottom left corner of the video, or by scrubbing through the video to find the section you are looking for.
At the bottom right corner of the video, you should see a little camera icon. If you do not see this and are working on a project that requires you to capture screenshots, please reach out to a manager or coordinator immediately to grant you access.
To take a screenshot, navigate to timecode you want to capture, then click this camera button. You can choose to take a screenshot of the full frame (preferred) or a select area. If you choose to do a select area, you will need to select the part of the frame you want to take a screenshot of, then click the camera button again. You will see a preview of the screenshot you have taken in a small window, and then you can (a) right-click the image to copy it directly and paste it into the LR spreadsheet, or (b) click the "Download" button to download it.
If you click "Download", it will download an image in .png format, and then from there, you can insert into the LR output as normal.
