What are sidecar jobs?

These are jobs published alongside standard and ICS dialogue list and subtitling jobs which provide an alternate pathway into the Ce task so that freelance linguists/editors can be separately assigned and correctly billed.

Identifying sidecar jobs

Sidecar jobs will typically display the same title, episode and alpha information in Om - with the exception that the sidecar will be labelled as follows in Om:

The Ce Report also will have sidecar jobs clearly labelled:

The sidecar job will also usually consist of a number of skipped tasks which can be un-skipped and assigned to linguists as needed.

Accessing Sidecar Jobs

The linguist can now be assigned to the task. 

Sidecar Submission

Please note: Submission should take place in the task once the linguist has completed work, but billing will only be processed once all tasks have been completed on the main job.
