Purpose
The purpose of this guide is to give guidance to the PMs, customers, and our team, on what to expect from the Priority and task start times.
OneQ
The OneQ is a QB tool that Data I/O uses to aggregate OM and QB tasks together into a single queue that Data I/O works from. The OneQ organizes all the task by Estimated Start Time. The Estimated Start Time is the Workability Time + the Priority Times listed below. This essentially means first in first out and organized by Priority. The operators in Data I/O select tasks from the OneQ working from the top of the list to bottom.
Workability Time
Workability time is when a tasks becomes ready to work. This time gets “reset” if the task goes On Hold, In Remediation / Review, or has a Priority change. Once the task becomes workable the Estimated Start time is calculated and the task is in the OneQ.
Priority timelines:
1 - Critical - Start the task within 30 minutes.
2 - Urgent - Start the task within 2 hours.
3 - Priority - Start the task within 4 hours.
4 - Low - Start the task within 12 hours.
5 - On Hold.
Data I/O Task SLA
Data I/O is committed to exceptional customer service and to provide this we are diligently working on 100% compliance with our Task SLA or Estimated Start Time SLA in the OneQ. This is a key KPI for Data I/O and is reported on in our meetings.
